Ask A Librarian...

Finding information for you is our pleasure as well as our job.

In order to most clearly and efficiently respond to your needs, the best way to ask us a question is "live," either face to face or via the phone. This allows us to more completely understand your needs.

However, if this is impossible, you may use the question form below. Please be advised that the nature of e-mail reference makes it impossible to respond to in-depth reference questions. The reference staff is able to answer brief, factual questions or suggest additional places to look. You can help by providing as much detail as possible as you complete your request form.

We will make every effort to respond to your request within 24 hours* (based on our regular business hours). If your need is urgent, please call us at
330-643-9000, or click here for specific library locations.

* Please note: Questions for the Special Collections division may take longer due to the nature of these materials.
